Strawman Analyzer provides AI-powered legal document analysis and bankruptcy form generation services. Our services include:

• Document upload and text extraction (PDF, DOCX, images with OCR)
• AI analysis to detect jargon, logical fallacies, and complex legal language
• Conversion of legalese into British English
• Generation of U.S. bankruptcy form drafts (Chapters 7, 11, 13)
• Encrypted storage of bankruptcy data (optional paid service)

User Accounts

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer or copy our software
• Resell or redistribute our services
• Upload content that violates intellectual property rights

Bankruptcy Forms

• $39.99 per PDF download (one-time payment)
• $50.00 for 6-month encrypted data storage (optional)
• All payments processed securely through Stripe
• No refunds after PDF download or data access

Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. You will be notified before any price changes affect your account.

Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of documents you upload. You grant us a license to process, analyze, and store your content solely to provide the Service.

Our Content

The Service, including software, algorithms, designs, and generated forms, is owned by Strawman Analyzer and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Data Security and Privacy

We implement industry-standard security measures including AES-256 encryption for bankruptcy data. See our Privacy Policy for details on data collection and protection.

Warranties and Disclaimers

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STRAWMAN ANALYZER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Strawman Analyzer from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time through account settings.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or service notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
